Event fee includes cookout lunch, official viewing glasses, eclipse viewing, time at our waterfront, the opportunity to play on our newly renovated ropes course and dinner. Fishing is available (please provide all of your own equipment) for registered guests on our shoreline or you are welcome to launch a boat from our boat ramps. Please remember fishing at John Knox Center is still subject to the laws & licenses required by TWRA. Please plan to bring your own lawn chair, towels, or blankets for eclipse viewing. The experience goes on rain or shine.
Eclipse Event Day Schedule
Please plan to arrive no later than 1:30 pm to view the eclipse.

Overnight guests may either choose to reserve an entire cabin or dorm room. Cabins sleep 8 in bunk beds and dorm rooms sleep 4 in 1 bunk bed and 2 twin beds. Individuals may also select to share a space in either the men's or women's cabins, C4 and C5. Restrooms are included in all Dorm rooms, all B cabins, Cabin C4 and Cabin C5. Cabins C1, C2, C3 and all A unit cabins utilize a shared bathhouse.
